One of the activities of the State Institution Belsportobespechenie is the organization and holding of sports events, both of national and international importance, including:
- Olympic, European, Paralympic Games, World and European Championships;
- Republican sports competitions;
- physical culture and recreation, mass sports, tourist events;
- commercial and corporate sporting events.
Every year we hold about 700 republican and international sports events.
The team of the State Institution Belsportobespechenie employs true professionals with extensive experience in planning and conducting sports competitions of various levels. Employees of the institution have vast experience and knowledge of holding sports events. If you want to hold an event at a hight level, please call us. The organization and holding of sports events is a complex service that can be provided on a turnkey basis.
As part of the organization of sports events, our specialists:
- find a sports facility for the competition based on the convenience of location and the number of participants;
- develop the program of the event;
- develop a provision (technical regulation);
- develop an original opening/closing scenario;
- organize the opening/closing ceremony of creative teams;
- organize professional refereeing, including the work of judicial equipment;
- organize the work of the mandate commission and the judicial committee;
- organize sound and video accompaniment;
- book places for the athletes to live, their accommodation;
- provide transport services, logistics;
- organize meals based on the requirements of the customer and the menu;
- organize all the necessary sports equipment;
- will purchase certificates, medals, cups, valuable prizes and gifts for the participants of the tournament;
- organize medical support.
